Vincent first met with my father when he did our first mortgage. After my father's passing Vincent helped us refinance our mortgage with honesty and integrity. He was patient and understanding while we were going through probate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vincent to my family or friends because of his professionalism he provided us during the process of refinancing our mortgage.
Mr. Arquinez was my mortgage broker handling our refinance which closed in December 2009. Mr. Arquinez was very professional in his service. He was detail oriented and provided excellent customer service. During the entire process, he was thorough and provided excellent and comprehensive answers to our questions. If he needed documentation from us, he offered a detailed explanation as to why and assisted us in obtaining the needed documents.
